About the role
CBRE is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile HVAC Technician to support a major telecommunications client. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across various locations.
What you'll do
- Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues and implementing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conducting system upgrades, installations, and replacements as needed to meet client requirements.
- Collaborating with facilities management teams and subcontractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Documenting work orders, equipment readings, and inventory levels accurately in maintenance management systems.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.

What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC certification or apprenticeship program preferred.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with expertise in servicing commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC diagnosis, repair, and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of building automation systems and controls is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for mobile service assignments.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel to different client sites as needed.
- EPA Universal Certification
