About the Role:

As a Marketing Manager at CBRE in Washington D.C., you'll lead a team in the real estate sector. You'll coordinate marketing campaigns for our products, ensuring our brand stays ahead.

What You'll Do:

  • Offer outstanding supervision to employees, thoroughly monitoring their training, development, and performance. Conduct evaluations, mentorship, and lead the recruiting and hiring of new team members.
  • Coordinate and strictly manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and set and track department deadlines.
  • Successfully implement strategies for new business development. Collaborate with current clients to develop compelling marketing concepts and materials.
  • Serve as the primary advertising and promotion contact for the local office, ensuring every campaign meets our high standards.
  • Coordinate the flawless execution of the team's marketing campaigns, including reviewing and approving creative, copy, and timelines.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with company standards and branding guidelines.
  • Negotiate vendor pricing and provide accurate cost estimates to clients.
  • Manage and approve media submissions including press releases, feature stories, and by-line articles.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management.
  • Build and deliver compelling presentations on complex topics to various collaborators including colleagues, customers, and community organizations.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues in existing systems/processes, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values and encouraging a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of proven relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complex information, convey performance expectations, and address problems effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate a team and drive outstanding results.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven, inquisitive approach.
  • Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial figures.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Marketing Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Marketing Manager position is $110,000 annually and the compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
