About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
This role is Day Shift Mon-Fri
The 22k Sq. ft, site is mix of office space and labs.
What You'll Do:
Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under moderate supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.

Maintains all equipment as required per preventive maintenance programs prescribed by manufacturer's specifications
Performs housekeeping functions and maintains the professional appearances of the property, equipment, engineering spaces, and common areas.
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
Performs carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Communication and follow-up a plus.
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
