About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
Part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance.
What You'll Do:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Assist with the installation and modification of buildings.
- Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety laws.
- Use existing procedures to remedy problems. Speak in a clear, concise manner.
- Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $45,000 annually (21.63 hourly) and the maximum salary for the position is $58,000 annually ($27.88) hourly. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
