WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Perform regular upkeep of all exterior grounds including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and trees, planting flowers and shrubs

- Inspect and maintain irrigation systems to ensure accurate functioning

- Keep parking lots clean and free of debris

- Repair or replace damaged signs or walkways

- Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting walls or repairing minor plumbing issues

- Report any major repair needs to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in landscaping or related field preferred.

- Shown experience in groundskeeping/maintenance role preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment operation.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
