Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Local is a hard services-led, tailored facility management solution. We self-perform hard services while partnering with best-in-class soft service providers to offer custom facility and project management solutions to our clients. We focus on empowering our team with a high-level of downstream accountability, resulting in an agile and efficient service delivery. In addition to our core facility and project management capabilities, our platform offers direct access to our Best-in-Class services, including ESG, Security Consulting, Workplace Strategy, and Workplace Experience.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to client inquires and concerns; ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality service and follow up.
- Create and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors.
- Support problem solving.
- Provide reports on open and closed work orders and check the status with the appropriate technician or vendor.
- Maintain records including work orders, proposals, and department information.
- Create vendor files and ensure accuracy of completed paperwork submitted.
- Induct vendors on work order and billing procedures.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
- Assist with the facility campus inspections.
- Assist with process and procedure training.

What You'll Need:

- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.
- Decision making ability with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Assistant position is $35,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Assistant position is $46,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
