About the Role:
As a CBRE Landscape Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of grounds, plants, and foliage for a designated property.
This job is part of the Landscaping function. They are responsible for the delivery of gardening and landscaping services to the organization or client.
What You'll Do:
- Perform all landscape responsibilities within project deadlines. This includes mowing grass, trimming bushes, etc. within designated project deadlines.
- Conduct daily maintenance requirements on site.
- Assist supervisor with regular site inspections.
- Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage to supervisor.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience, or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
