This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Manages, directs, and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for defined Pharma Services scope and ensures that all programs and procedures of the Pharma Services staff are being properly implemented.
  • Reviews work to ensure compliance with performance, safety, statutory, regulatory requirements, company policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Supports the development and administration of department budget. Reviews and approves all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials and additional contract requirements.
  • Processes performance metrics; tracks, analyzes, and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensures contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.
  • Manage contractor specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration.
  • Ensures supply of spare parts and consumables for in-scope Pharma Services.
  • Manages the day-to-day operations, ensuring services are provided in a cost-effective, safe, timely, and compliant manner in accordance with the approved budget and the contractual obligations specified by the customers.
  • Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

What You'll Need:


Pharmaceutical laboratory instrumentation experience is preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
