About The Role:

As a CBRE Investment Sales Sr. Analyst, you will develop business and negotiate the selling, leasing, and marketing of large and high profile commercial real estate properties for clients.

This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare valuation analysis, due diligence and market research for senior living sale and/or refinance opportunities including detailed financial models, valuations, sale comparables, and replacement cost analysis.
  • Conduct on-going market research to remain current on market trends.
  • Strict adherence to CBRE Senior Housing team processes and procedures to maintain top brand within the industry.
  • Manage the CBRE Senior Housing transaction process on deals during the marketing and sale process phases including coordinating between ownership / sellers, joint venture partners, operators, third party contractors and internal resources. Making sure that all parties are communicating and informed throughout the entire process.
  • Prepare internal and external investment presentations and memorandums that accurately explain a sale valuation or refinance opportunity including: market research, business plan and financial analysis.
  • Travel to markets to perform market studies, buyer tours, and conduct market research.

What You'll Need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate Salesperson license preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment and meet target deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of financial concepts, i.e. IRR, ROI and the ability to apply that in an excel model including complex equity waterfalls and various investment structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows based software applications and advanced level of Excel skills required.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities with outstanding organization skills.
  • Either investment, investment banking, private equity experience required, real estate experience require, healthcare experience preferred.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for via sponsorship now or in the future.
