About The Role:
This internship is designed for current college students, and/or applicants with relevant experience seeking a career in commercial real estate. The role is intended to provide a well-rounded knowledge of the commercial real estate business and valuable skills, earned by working alongside dedicated professionals in the largest and most successful global commercial real estate services firm.
The internship accelerates your learning and development by providing you with a great foundation upon which to build your commercial real estate sales career. The program provides you with an outstanding perspective on our coordinated service lines. As a program participant, you will also partake in learning and development activities designed especially for you.

What You'll Do:
- Assists sales professionals in identifying potential clients and researching connections to turn cold calls into warm calls for potential sales opportunities.
- Cultivates new business opportunities for sales professionals through cold calling and networking.
- Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gathers, prepares and distributes marketing materials.
- Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
- Gathers and coordinates materials vital for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date information on tenants, market availability, and leases in company databases.
- Other duties may be assigned.

What You'll Need:
- This internship is crafted for candidates with a strong academic background. Applicants should be self-motivated, creative and focused, seeking to excel in the commercial real estate industry.
- Current college student and/or applicants with relevant experience
- Desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
- Experience with MS Office with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to network and interact professionally with clients in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Argus, Salesforce and Tableau is a plus

The salary for the Intern position is $20.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
