About The Role:

As a CBRE HR/People Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact to process incoming data entry requests.

What You'll Do:

  • Conducts data entry, research, analysis, and resolution of issues utilizing the PeopleSoft application and other internal reference materials.
  • Reviews data from completed forms or other documents for accuracy and completeness for entry into the PeopleSoft application. Reviews audit reports and resolve errors to ensure integrity of information.
  • Identifies problems with database management policies and procedures, provide input to revisions. Provides direction or assistance to field personnel regarding data requirements and status of paperwork.
  • Provides direction or assistance to field personnel regarding data requirements and status of paperwork. Sorts and files all Human Resources/Relations documentation, including the distribution of reports.
  • Demonstrates the ability to escalate to other areas of the HR Operations team when appropriate.
  • Ensures all policies and procedures are up-to-date and provide input for ideas and suggestions to improve workflow processes.
  • May train other Data Entry employees.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

What You'll Need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.   • Secondary school degree or equivalent completion certificate required. Some post-secondary education preferred. Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft a plus but not required.
  • Minimum typing speed of 57+ words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate required. Ability to proficiently utilize technology applications.
  • Demonstrates team and customer service orientation.Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
  • Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
