About the role

As a CBRE Project /Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the assistance of preparation, evaluation, and handover documentation for projects overseen by the Site minor works team.

This job will support the Project/ Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic small Revenue and Capital projects /programs representing major company initiatives.

This is an onsite role that will support both King of Prussia, PA and Collegeville, PA sites.

What you'll do

  • Create Maintain and distribute routine reports and other project documentation.
  • Assist project managers with creation and execution of project change control process.
  • Use aggregate data from multiple sources to build a complete required project handover package.
  • Learn key systems and processes including providing knowledge transfer to teams.
  • Collaborate with personnel from other departments to assist with project implementation and process improvements.
  • Collect project timeline based on info and input from other team members and update to find schedule slippage or other program-related issues.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Assist Project controller with financial and purchasing processes.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straight forward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information, project accounting and purchase order processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
