About the role
As a CBRE Facilities Analyst, you will be responsible for a combination of general facilities work in regulated spaces. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Facility Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

This is an onsite role at a Pharmaceutical/ Life Sciences facility in Research Triangle Park, NC Monday- Friday 10am-6:30pm.
What you'll do
- Take part in painting, patchwork and minor plumbing with sinks and toilets.
- Escort vendors/contractors through the facility.
- Minor repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows, etc.
- Installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items across the facility
- Collaborate with front-line clients on various requests.
- Assist with room set-up and take downs for various events
- Assist trades personnel with maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Work in controlled manufacturing environments
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Knowledge of Work Order, Computerized Maintenance Management System
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
