About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Executive Director, you will serve as the primary client contact for the delivery of facilities management services within a specific area or region. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the entire Facilities and Engineering team regarding all repairs, client initiatives, delivery and maintenance strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple client stakeholder relationships, while also serving as a subject matter expert for key systems, processes, projects, and initiatives.
- Build a plan, create a team, and manage timeframes and performance for client projects.
- Interact with the client to ensure the delivery of both hard and soft services are within the stated expectations.
- Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members and support development planning.
- Drive innovation and process improvements to support and streamline building and technical operations.
- Manage client budgets at both the building and regional levels while identifying and driving efficiencies where appropriate.
- Deliver against CBRE performance and financial metrics for assigned span of responsibility.
- Ensure that all work products are delivered within HSE standards and drive the team to meet or exceed HSE metrics.
- Union experience is a plus.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 15+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. CFM, FMA industry certifications preferred.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, praising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Motivation to impact results of a business unit, major operational segment, or enterprise-wide
- organization sub-function.
- in-depth knowledge of standard office technology products such as: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and GMail or Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $225,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $275,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
