About the role
Responsible for performing duties of an analytical and problem resolution nature to ensure that all related insurance, property taxes, and UCCs (Uniform Commercial Code) are in place to protect the applicable commercial real estate loan collateral.
What you'll do
- Monitoring and compliance for insurance and property tax for commercial real estate loans.
- Responsible for ensuring the timely filing and continuations of all UCCs.
- Prepare and maintain monthly quality reports and standards, including quality control audits.
- Complete UCC related search and track UCC expirations..
- Perform quality control function for Gen pact and third party vendors.
- General administrative tasks including building management, vendor management, office supply inventory, mail/fed ex, general correspondence, maintenance and updating of employee listings in various systems, equipment maintenance contracts, etc.

What you'll need

- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Commercial Loan Servicing is required.
- Working knowledge of Commercial Loan documents, insurance, property taxes, and/or UCCs preferred.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
- Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.).
- Must accurately perform numeric data input into the loan system.
- Must have the ability to create excel spreadsheets or other reports.
- Experience with McCracken preferred.
