About the Role:

As the DEI Program Manager, you will spearhead and provide support for US-focused internal and external programs aligned with the Advisory Services businesses. You will manage relationships with various stakeholders including business, operations, finance, and People (talent marketing, talent acquisitions, business partners, and L&D) teams and lead external-facing events to expose talent to the commercial real estate industry. It is crucial that this person drives results within established Inclusion Councils in partnerships with local Employee Business Resource Groups and serves as a program manager for specific US Advisory focused initiatives. You will help design, implement, and evaluate inclusion projects and programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze, evaluate, develop and deliver DE&I programs.
  • Utilize proven program and project management experience including thought leadership, to develop and execute highly visible programs and projects.
  • Consult with the organization's People and business leaders in developing and integrating goals and strategies into business and planning processes and practices.
  • Represent CBRE and speaks at internal and external events.
  • Coordinate with key functional dependencies across the organization and identifies solutions.
  • Support and manage talent management programs.
  • Create highly visible presentations for review by senior and executive leadership.
  • Partner with Talent Management leaders regionally on programs that broaden the talent pool.
  • Assess and maintain inclusion education, training and awareness programs using multiple venues of communication, such as internal DE&I intranet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint sites.
  • Create and provide practical tools and advice for turning best practices into realistic deliverables.

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years' experience.
  • Experience building and managing a diversity & inclusion strategy and plans, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience collaborating with vendors to deliver results for the business.
  • D&I Certification preferred.
