About the Role:
As a CBRE Account Operations Coordinator, you will execute basic operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up.
This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
What You'll Do:
- Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing routine and non-routine activities.
- Assist small to medium clients to achieve objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and quality.
- Resolve maintenance repair work orders in a timely manner. Assist with dispatching, scheduling, and post-service activities.
- Attend periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of projects and work orders.
- Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
*New York Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center Account Operations Coordinator position is $41,000 annually [or $19.71 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Data Center Account Operations Coordinator position is $67,500 annually [or $26.92 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
