About the role
The Sr Warehouse Coordinator is a driving/delivery position. The position will provide services for warehouse or distribution locations, ensuring that materials is loaded, unloaded, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. In addition to storing and shipping merchandise and material, this individual processes information and enters vital data into inventory control systems to ensure detailed counts on all available materials. The Warehouse Technician also assists with general maintenance and upkeep of the working environment to safeguard workplace safety and cleanliness.

The individual in this role keeps safety at the forefront to protect colleagues and property from any damage, as well as aiding inventory management personnel as needed.
This is a 12-hour shift position, on a 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off, 2-week rotation. This position has rotating weekends built into the schedule and will work holidays if they fall on scheduled working days (Holidays pay is applicable). This position will be serving one of CBRE's most prestigious life sciences partnerships.
What you'll do
Loads/unloads merchandise or material from cars or trucks. Packs and unpacks shipments, processing, scanning, and shelving of parts, pulling orders, and data entry into computerized inventory control systems.
Makes deliveries using CBRE vehicle (Van and box truck)
Operates all lift equipment in a safe manner to ensure personal protection and to ensure the protection of other personnel and company property.
Maintain clean and safe working environments.
Assists in inventory management.
What you'll need
High School diploma or GED equivalent required and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving.
Current Drivers License required. Will drive company vehicle.
Courier experienced required; box truck experience preferred (CDL NOT required)
Forklift experience preferred.
May require equipment certification for forklift & aerial lifts, power pallet jack, etc. (Training on-site)
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
Warm and engaging demeanor. Ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies and applications.
Ability to use computer system to record materials received and shipped.
Physical ability to assist with warehouse operations. Able to lift 40 lbs.
Must be able to pass physical and medical exam
