About the role
As a CBRE Content & CMS Migration Lead, you will be part of a team focused on the maintenance and operation of the client's Content Management System (CMS) focused on construction design and delivery standards.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
What you'll do
- Oversee the migration of new content and maintenance of existing guidance within the backend of the client's Content Management System (CMS) for project standards.
- Strategize and lead all aspects of the implementation of Project Charters and Briefs for selected projects into formats that align with the client's CMS migration standards.
- Manage implementation of change requests for existing guidance content and assist the Program Manager in tracking and prioritizing a backlog of pending changes.
- Lead client stakeholder engagement meetings. Ensure alignment of all content with migration standards.
- Develop, optimize, and implement standardized processes and templates for the formatting and migration of content.
- Train client stakeholders on how to utilize templates to manage their content.
- Maintain databases for images, specifications, products, and other assets supporting the client's project standards CMS.
- Supervise, train, and direct junior team members in the creation and migration of stakeholder guidance content.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

What you'll need
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 7-10 years of experience leading the delivery of construction projects as a Project Architect (or related role in the construction industry).
- Broad experience across all facets of construction, including technical MEP systems, architectural finishes, and specifications.
- Self-starter who can independently organize tasks and collaborate with a small team on complex strategic efforts.
- Knowledge and facility in Content Management Systems platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workplace software suite including Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
- Strong knowledge of graphical and architectural software including Adobe Creative Suite and Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit tools.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Content & CMS Migration Lead position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Content & CMS Migration Lead position is $155,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
