What you'll do

As a CBRE Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

What you'll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and two or more years' of construction administration, architecture, engineering, or similar proven experience.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledgeable in leases, contracts, and construction practices.
  • Passion for being detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
