About the Role:

The purpose of this position is to provide advance administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications and documentation consistent with CBRE Sourcing Playbook and applicable client requirements.

What You'll Do:

Contract Information Summarization & Abstraction

  • Enter executed construction contract and lease information into Client's proprietary contract management tool within 14 days from receipt of a fully executed Agreement from the client. Assume a volume of approximately 30 contracts per quarter.
  • Update dates as milestones move based on feedback from partner teams. Approximately 100 updates per quarter.
  • Update Contract Information Data as new fields are added to contract management tool. Approximately 2-3 projects per year.

Acceptance Forms (and other non-lease documents as may be required):

  • Populate forms based on completion data provided by others and send for review to Client
  • Upon approval, route documents for signature collaborating with client's legal team. Following signature, distribute fully executed form to client portal. Approximately 10 full acceptance documents per quarter.

Reporting & Other Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining the Order Form Tracker with key data based on previous deliverables.
  • Prepare advanced agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
  • Manage vendor performance using established processes and systems. Prepare complex reports for review.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work with others to reach an agreement. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Construction & Lease Contract Support Sr Analyst position is $87,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Construction & Lease Contract Support Sr Analyst position is $100,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
