About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Communications Leader who excels in a fast-paced setting. This role involves developing and implementing communications, change management, and training strategies for both new and existing client accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop communications and change management strategies and plans for all impacted partner groups across multiple client projects.
  • Lead and facilitate execution of all communications output in the communications plan.
  • Support client pursuits, including the development of Request for Proposals, content, client presentation materials and any other required supporting content.
  • Assist with presentations and meetings, including slide deck development.
  • Manage and coordinate a comprehensive training plan for all account team hires; work closely with workstream leaders to identify training needs and schedule.
  • Ability to write storytelling messaging and content for internal and client-facing presentations.
  • Develop and publish weekly client-facing status report, solicit and copy-edit content from all transition contributors.
  • Support the Transition Leader with overall transition governance and management, as needed.
  • Participate in team initiatives specific to communications and change management.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

Ability to guide the exchange of complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.

Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.
