ABOUT THE ROLE
As a CBRE Painter and Multi-Skilled Tech, you will perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas in need of commercial-level painting. Working under close supervision, utilize several trade skills such as patching, painting, and finishing.
- Schedule/Shift: 4 day / 10 hour
- Friday - Monday (5AM - 2:30PM)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Repair and remodel imperfections; mask, prepare, and protect surfaces in order to ensure facilities are properly maintained.
- Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning job sites, materials, and tools.
- Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of used materials in order to sustain a safe and hazard-free.
- Other Duties as Assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial painting, required.
- Advanced knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
- Knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them.
- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
