ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CBRE Painter and Multi-Skilled Tech, you will perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas in need of commercial-level painting. Working under close supervision, utilize several trade skills such as patching, painting, and finishing.

  • Schedule/Shift: 4 day / 10 hour
  • Friday - Monday (5AM - 2:30PM)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Repair and remodel imperfections; mask, prepare, and protect surfaces in order to ensure facilities are properly maintained.
  • Responsible for loading, unloading, preparing and cleaning job sites, materials, and tools.
  • Clean and maintain equipment by removing all traces of used materials in order to sustain a safe and hazard-free.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial painting, required.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
  • Knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them.
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
