About The Role:
As a CBRE Business Operations Partner, you will work directly with designated vertical leader(s) and partner in executing key performance initiatives and the daily operating model. The vertical leaders are responsible for business development and key platform initiatives such as client coverage, increasing attachment, leveraging data & technology and achieving product differentiation.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and financing of residential, office, industrial, hospitality, and retail properties on behalf of clients.
What You'll Do:
- Performance tracking of identified client coverage list: existing clients and new targets
- Client roadshow/touch calendar and preparation of materials
- Event strategy, execution and budget performance. Contribute to marquee events via content and invite SPOC for vertical
- Call/Meeting cadence with vertical producers, both sales and debt
- Broker team deal capture and data management via Connector Pro
- Data Insight/Reporting strategy and execution
- Attachment tracking and measurement - governance and accountability
- Ongoing broker team feedback - connect, train, troubleshoot, escalate and enhance their platform experience
- Onboarding of new recruits/hires - welcome, continue with first year follow up and integrator
- Client facing where appropriate to offer a consistent CBRE experience to key clients
- Engagement with platform partners to help execute on the above - Customer Success, Events Team, Marketing, Research, Corporate Communications, Finance and other LOBs counterparts
- Provide ad hoc support across Capital Markets to ensure the business line delivers on excellence
- Direct and facilitate initiatives to support field operations. Share expert knowledge to implement and facilitate process improvements. Engage appropriate resources as needed.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Identify and solve multi-dimensional, complex, operational, and organizational problems leveraging the appropriate resources within or outside the department.
- Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job discipline.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Capital Markets Operations Consultant position is $80,000 per year and the maximum salary for the Capital Markets Operations Consultant position is $90,0000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
