About The Role:

As a Capital Markets Operations Consultant, you will assist in the areas of business reporting, budgeting, marketing, and the sourcing of services.

This job is part of the Investor Asset Management job function. They are responsible for strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the execution of strategic plans, budget preparation, monthly reports, and marketing projects.
  • Gather information related to marketing activities and results for stakeholders. This includes presenting reports, financial statements, newsletters, and ongoing correspondence. Present to Sr. management for review.
  • Generate advanced reports and use data from multiple sources. This includes drafting process improvements and providing recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve simple issues submitted by the team or client.
  • Coordinate the selection of vendors to meet the needs of supporting service lines.
  • Support field operations with best practices, policies, and procedures. Engage the best resources in issue identification and resolution.
  • Conduct ongoing evaluation of standards and identify areas of improvement.
  • Work with field staff on initiatives, training, and program implementation.
  • Develop agendas and budgets according to client requirements.
  • Partner with internal Marketing and Communications to leverage opportunities.
  • Drive the team to achieve provided KPIs.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
  • Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
