Assistant Manager - Investor Reporting

About the Role:

As a CBRE Assistant Manager - Investor Reporting, you will help manage the team and workflow for reporting and remitting on Commercial Real Estate Finance Council - Investor Reporting Portfolios, Collateralized Loan Obligations, and Institutional clients.

What you'll do:

  • Review, approve and prepare remittance wires and reports to Commercial Trusts and/or Master Servicers and Institutional Investors.
  • Work closely with the Investor Reporting Managers to ensure that CBRE requirements under all servicing agreements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist the Investor Reporting Managers in the design, testing and implementation of all CREFC IRP requirements as modified from time to time.
  • Assist in the training and management of the Investor Reporting staff.
  • Lead projects with the Investor Reporting Manager for the development of new processes and systems to enhance productivity as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new client and portfolios.
  • Prepare and submit monthly metric reports to management.
  • Assist Managers with Investor Reporting personnel
  • Special projects as required.

What you'll need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent loan servicing experience. Minimum 2 years of investor reporting experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret servicing agreements and other correspondence to determine reporting requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills; work efficiently and capable of handling and prioritizing numerous assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a high volume/high pressure/deadline intense environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, independently, or as a team.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Excel Macros.
  • Ability to make scheduling and prioritizing decisions to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Ability to accurately review data and financial statement information for accuracy prior to submitting reports
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
