Job Description: We are seeking a senior director to join our accounting leadership team. This individual will have oversight for the global consolidation team, with responsibilities including management of the consolidations process within OneStream and preparation of the consolidated income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows. The successful candidate should possess strong technical acumen coupled with exceptional communication and management skills.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate the financial consolidation process on a monthly basis
- Lead the consolidations team in preparing consolidated income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and supporting schedules for external and management reporting
- Oversee the accounting for certain non-operating holding companies and related corporate transactions
- Liaise proactively with counterparts in controllers and related functions to identify risks, provide training and ensure adherence to group policies, processes and deadlines
- As the owner of the consolidation system, drive forward automation and process simplification
- Run consolidation-related projects and assist with projects in adjacent areas
- Serve as a key point of contact for external audit requests
- Provide training, development opportunities, and ongoing feedback to a team of experienced accounting professionals.

- 10+ years of finance and accounting experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience in a multinational public company consolidations team
- Accounting or finance degree; CPA is a plus
- Theoretical knowledge, practical experience and understanding of best practices in the following areas:
- Intercompany accounting and eliminations
- Revaluation and translation
- Accounting for equity transactions and common control transactions
- Non-controlling interests
- Chart of accounts and legal entity master data management
- Ability to handle complex matters with minimal oversight
- Flexibility to manage the impact of change and growth in the business on the consolidations function
- Experience using technology to simplify and automate recurring processes
- Strong organizational awareness: can identify and understand key roles and functions within the company and obtain an understanding of the company's services and lines of business. Adept at navigating a complex organizational structure and fostering relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated capabilities as a manager, including the ability to set team priorities in alignment with broader organizational goals, assess individual performance, deliver direct and timely feedback and provide appropriate training, oversight and development opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills; keeps key stakeholders proactively informed through clear and concise messaging. Exercises good judgment in timing, form and content of internal and external communications
- Knowledge of OneStream (consolidations) and PeopleSoft (ERP) a plus
