The Role
What you'll focus on
As an Information Technology Support Specialist at Castor, you'll be responsible for managing access control to all general apps and ensuring other app administrators do the same effectively, ensuring all devices and accounts in the hands of Castor employees are appropriate and functional, and supporting the CISO and QISMS coordinator in all matters of compliance.
- You offer IT support to our employees, as well as support new employees' onboarding process by setting up tools and accounts during their onboarding;
- Support employees' offboarding process by coordinating the revocation of access rights;
- Manage various tasks such as registration and taking in of assets, and monitoring the timely maintenance of IT assets.
More about you
Being an IT Support Engineer with a technical background, you already have some experience working in a comparable role in supporting an organization and its growth. You are now looking to expand your skills in a highly collaborative environment.
You enjoy bringing your ideas to life in a flat, open and diverse organization, with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- You have some practical experience (1-3 years) with IT Support Engineering.
- You have worked with Google Workspace + Azure AD, and won't shy away from sharing your knowledge about how to model company hierarchies and set up access rights, for example. You also have a basic understanding of networking;
- You feel at home working with Mac, Linux, and Windows machines;
- You have the ability to evaluate trade-offs and implement best practices for IT Operations;
- You have a strong privacy and security mindset, as well as high moral and ethical standards.
