  • Leverage Data to Empower Decision Making: Collect, analyze and report on key funnel metrics, conversion rates, and other performance indicators across marketing plays, campaigns, and activities, using data to evaluate performance and inform future marketing activities.
  • Partner Across GTM Organization: Work closely with stakeholders in marketing, sales, operations, and strategy to manage data requests and synthesize, refine, and report on performance objectives. Leverage customer data and insights to recommend opportunities and white space.
  • Tell Compelling Stories through Data: Use data visualization tools to communicate insights simply and effectively to various stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Drive Adoption of Data Products: Evangelize and promote the data products you develop to enhance their utility across the organization.

The Marketing Analytics Manager plays a critical role in measuring performance to ensure optimal application of marketing investment. This role is a strong partner for marketers with stakeholders including Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Channel Marketers, Sales/Business Development and Strategy/Biz Ops.

The Team You'll Work With

You'll be joining ourIntegrated Marketing team reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing.

About You

  • A rigorous approach to mastering complexity is essential, while maintaining empathy and flexibility to address unforeseen needs in a dynamic environment
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, and ability to connect projections and outcomes to business priorities
  • Strong communication and ability to can craft analysis into crisp deliverables
  • Experience driving projects that had measurable impact on revenue and performance
  • Understanding of attribution modeling and architecting pipeline
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields recommended
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and attribution tools (Marketo Measure, Bizible, Salesforce)
  • Proficient in SQL and/or Python
  • Experience using data visualization tools to craft narratives (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc)
  • BA required
  • SaaS experience across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments strongly preferred
  • Understanding of the latest in marketing mix modeling and predictive analytics preferred
