The Role: 

We’re searching for a consultant who will assist in supporting our operations in Latin America. You will be a part of our Global Solutions team, and work closely with the respective team members for and projects that touch . You will work with the team to conduct country-specific research including reviewing health care providers that will power the local experience of multinational employees, Carrot members, across Central Asia in using their Carrot benefit.

As an Operations Consultant, you will contribute to:

  • Operations Research - Work internally with Global Solutions on research for local complexities to support Carrot’s global knowledge base, multinational employer customer needs, and member inquiries managed by the Care Navigation team such as internally helping cases related to complex cross border reproductive care pathways.
  • Strategic Problem Solving and Execution - Provide analysis, recommendations and then be able to drive a project through to completion in order to achieve objectives for the local region.
  • External Relationship Management - With support from other members of the Carrot teams, you will assist in speaking and connecting with medical experts as well as fertility clinics, attorneys, and relevant agencies.

The Team: 

The Global Operations team focuses on the regional, operational, healthcare, and regulatory support of Carrot’s global offerings and programs. The team works collaboratively and cross-functionally across operational, clinical, member, and customer-focused teams to support Carrot’s rapid growth. You will be reporting directly to the Director, Global Operations.



Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Professional or personal experiences with fertility care,  family-forming services, or health care in Central Asia
  • 2+ years of research and healthcare experience
  • Efficient and effective research skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and efficiently complete multiple complex projects.
  • Strengths with scoping projects, allocating time, and communicating to team
  • Experienced and comfortable working remotely. 
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in English and Russian.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Additional healthcare, fertility and/or family-building expertise about other countries in the Central Asia region
  • Additional understanding and knowledge of Turkic languages is a bonus

 

Compensation: 

The starting base salary for this position will range from $40-50 USD/HR. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
