We are seeking an individual who is passionate about hosting informative and engaging 1:1 educational Zoom calls on Pediatric care, and contributing to the dissemination of knowledge in this crucial field. In this role, you will utilize evidence-based approaches to deliver sessions that offer comprehensive information and compassionate guidance on a wide range of medical topics related to pediatric care and issues.

  • The Pediatrician Consultant is a clinical resource for their functional area(s).  This role requires a focused approach to providing evidence-informed sessions pertaining to relevant information and guidance on various medical topics for children ages 0 to 12
  • The required shift for this role is  ~ 2-4 hours /week. With the opportunity of increased hours based on utilization.
  • Familiar with current guidelines for children 0 to 12 years old in the US.
  • Ability to discuss topics such as:
    • Understanding pediatric medical conditions, health and development, vaccines, puberty, and more.
  • Utilize clinical experience and skills to engage in discussions and educate others 
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to continue to drive an experience that is safe, compliant and of the highest standards

 

The Team: 

The team consists of a diverse group of individuals with medical expertise in areas such as fertility, mental health, pediatrics, nutrition and pregnancy. They have a passion for continuous learning and education with an evidence-based approach.

All of them care deeply and are committed to helping individuals: 

  • understand their parenting, fertility and family-forming options
  • optimize their overall and reproductive health
  • navigate postpartum and providing parenting support for children 0-12 years of age



Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Ability to speak fluent EnglishMD, PNP-PC, PA
  • Ability to discuss topics such as:
    • Understanding pediatric medical conditions, umbilical stump care, circumcision, jaundice, fevers, and more.
  • General knowledge of parenting styles, food patterns, popular related guidelines, and cultural beliefs towards parenting styles
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing patient care to children 0 to 12 years of age 
  • Superb listening skills and an ability to empathetically discuss parenting
  • Ability to work independently and understand the difference between good clinical judgment and non-directive guidance 
  • Motivated to expand knowledge on pediatric topics
  • Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment (this is a 100% remote role)
  • Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needs
  • Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use

Compensation:

The starting base salary for this position will range from $100/ hr . Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
