Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Support Services Coordinator will provide moderately complex, varied-to-routine administrative and clerical support. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative and staff functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies, and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes
  • Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems while also graphing and trending production numbers
  • Own the time and attendance tracking program in support of production supervisors by tracking attendance violations and reporting violations to management
  • Assist with new hire onboarding processes, including creating new employee badges and supporting orientation efforts
  • Receive and relay messages and respond to varied and routine administrative requests
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
  • High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Ability to confidentially handle sensitive employee data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & PowerBI)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Arabic or English/Kurdish
