Specialist, Third Party Management
Summary:
- Performs support function in relation to supplier performance monitoring evaluation, compliance and overall non-associate workday & AllAccess management.
General Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with monitored suppliers and various LOBs in the onboarding process for non-associates.
- Reviews and monitors non-associate access certifications.
- Facilitates business review meetings between suppliers and LOBs.
- Partners with internal risk groups to ensure third party relationships are compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Provides support to Principal Specialist, Third Party Manager for the new and/or ongoing projects that will be implemented to key third parties
- Partners, coordinates & liaises between LOB POCs and assigned third parties
- All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Basic Qualifications:
- College graduate or with equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Project Management, Process Management, or a combination
- Keen attention to detail
- Organized & able to perform job responsibilities efficiently
- Risk minded
- Amenable to work in a mid shift schedule
- Amenable to work in Alab
- Predominantly WFH set up
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business course is a plus
