Senior Program Manager - Risk Products (ES Risk)

As a Senior Program Manager - Risk Products on the Enterprise Services Risk Product Team, you will:
- Collaborate with business partners to understand risk management needs that can be solved through effective, easy to use software solutions
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Design, and users to identify, prioritize, and deliver on a compelling product vision and roadmap
- Lead a Product team with a passion for innovation and improving the user experience
- Contribute to overall organizational success by achieving impactful outcomes tied to our objectives and key results
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and future growth opportunities

This role operates within a dynamic environment with changing conditions and a core component of success is building relationships and influencing decision makers with grounded information. In this role you'll need to manage multiple deliverables at the same time while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and clear communication.
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
- A quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinker
- Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives
- Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results
- Exceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done.
- Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listener, and deep seated empathy for teams and partners
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in technical program, process, project management
- At least 2 years of experience creating communication and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
- 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS
- 3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
- 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact
- Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
