We're looking for a leader that's equal parts coach, visionary, and problem solver. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers, co-creating a vision for the future while getting broad stakeholder alignment, and guiding the team to deliver exceptional value while knocking down all the things that slow us down.

In this role, you'll continue to grow as a product manager and leader, and we'll invest in your development across our product competency model:

  • Human Centered: You'll develop expertise in the customer journey of small business owners and delve into their needs, leveraging that understanding to create game-changing product offerings.
  • Business Focused: You'll build a product strategy, set OKRs, and work with your team to create a roadmap and deliver on those outcomes.
  • Technology Driven: You'll work with partners and platforms across the company to prioritize and deliver on your team's roadmap, and you'll gain an appreciation for delivering software in an enterprise.
  • Integrated Problem Solving: You'll define an iterative vision-backed product agenda that solves diverse customer problems and delivers business outcomes. You'll solve challenging and interesting problems requiring you to balance tradeoffs between customer experience, business impact, and technical feasibility and align on recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Transformational Leadership: You'll lead a talented cross-discipline team, creating a dynamic and empowering team environment that fosters innovation.

We want you if you are:

  • Passionate & Customer Focused: You care about growing others and bringing them together around what's possible. You get a thrill from the journey of building and shipping products, and you have a desire and ability to connect with our external or internal customers to fully understand their needs.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal. You know how to build a network of peers and stakeholders to grow your sphere of influence.
  • Communicator & Influencer. You can communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience. Your team knows their priorities and why they're doing what they're doing. You always can rally associates to work with you.
  • Intellectually Curious. You ask why, you explore, you're not afraid to blurt out your crazy idea or follow an email chain for weeks to find someone with an answer. You are comfortable with ambiguity, hungry to learn, and a seeker of new challenges.
  • Do-er. You're biased toward action; you try things and sometimes you fail. You can get around roadblocks and stay focused on your goals. You're well organized, able to multitask, and able to prioritize your work.
  • Growth-Minded Leader: You create an inclusive team culture, empowering your direct reports, and inspiring your broader team. You care deeply about growing others.
  • Learner: You have an appetite to learn new things or new technologies all while exhibiting humility when the time comes to ask for help.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:
