Senior Operations Production Coordinator - Debit Card Operations (Onsite)
Capital One is seeking a self-motivated individual with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an open and collaborative team environment. The Senior Operations Production Coordinator will be responsible for processing daily debit card exception transactions and completing TRIPS queue work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment while displaying sound judgment in decision making.

- Process daily debit card exception transactions
- Complete queue work for Debit Card Recurring transactions and Card Issue requests
- Strong communication skills required to interact with internal partners
- Monitor team mailbox for general debit card maintenance or research requests
- Escalate process or system issues to leadership
The candidate should have
- Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work in a team environment is a must
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Independent and self motivated worker
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Customer Service experience
- At least 1 year experience working in the Financial Industry
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an operational role in the banking industry
- At least 1 year of escalations experience
- At least 4 years of Customer Service experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Richmond, VA: $49,774 - $49,774 for Sr Ops Prod Coor
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
