General Responsibilities

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals within the access management & risk teams
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth
• Maintain & establish organizational structure that supports the demands of the business, while allowing for innovation, transformation and associate growth opportunities

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate and partner with teams across Channels, Cyber and Risk Management to identify, socialize and mitigate risks
• Engagement with tech and product to enhance the technology or application roadmaps while focusing on removing impediments of the team's daily accountabilities
• Communicate effectively to provide regular updates to stakeholders on access level data and key metrics
• Partner with Capital One Philippines counterparts to drive consistency of process execution and alignment on strategic objectives

Core Accountabilities

• Create strategy and drive prioritization to influence a transformation of the E2E access experience that aligns to the vision of the Channels network
• Maintain a high bar of process management excellence for the Channels access delivery & telephony routing
• Monitor access and risk KPI's while building on the existing monitoring & controls suite to ensure a sustained focus on access governance that align to established principles and SLA's
• Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and support the Channels/Card programs & projects
• Identify and implement best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness. This includes writing and revising documents such as policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines that aid in the design, development, refinement, and usage of Risk methods

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend about half of your working time in office and half working virtually.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 5 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management
• At least 5 years of People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 2 years of experience gathering, monitoring, documenting, or analyzing data
• At least 3 years of strategy development experience in Risk
• At least 8 years of Process Management or Project Management experience
• At least 8 years of People Management experience
• Process or Project Management certification (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP), Business Management certification
