The role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the execution of our Go-to-Market (GTM) sales strategy. In this role, you will manage complex, high-impact projects that support our sales objectives and business growth, as well as serve as a thought partner to marketing leadership. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in project management, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GTM sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables while proactively addressing risks and challenges.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope and budget.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, key milestones, and potential risks.
- Analyze project outcomes and metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring projects meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams on IT projects
- 6+ year of experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, or Confluence)
- 6+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
- 6+ years of project management experience
- Certified Scrum Master Certification or Project Management Professional certification
