As part of the Product Strategy and Operations team, you will lead across three key areas:

Product strategy

  • Drive creation of longer-term integrated OneTeam strategy and roadmap, in partnership with product, design, and engineering leaders, ensuring we maintain a broader enterprise and external market lens
  • Lead regular cadence of strategic planning and leadership alignment (e.g., monthly business reviews, quarterly syncs, annual planning sessions), being sure to interpret data/trends and continually orient team towards highest leverage opportunities
  • Drive continued development of OneTeam associate engagement strategy (with help from existing Culture and Community pod) to help deliver on our talent imperatives

Product operations

  • Drive continued excellence for the product management function and implement key initiatives to continually raise bar on what great looks like, including product discovery, goaling, roadmap planning, prioritization, budgeting, and reviews (leveraging Elevate Product processes where possible)
  • Drive OneTeam operating model, in partnership with operations leads across design and engineering organizations, including PI planning, retrospectives, demo days, and business reviews
  • Drive a culture of excellence by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting out to broader set of stakeholders
  • Draft decks, communications, newsletter inputs, and other HR Product related assets to showcase impact and drive continued stakeholder engagement

Cross-functional delivery

  • Partner horizontally with other operations leads/chiefs of staff to support events/meetings/initiatives, gather inputs and feedback, and participate in recognition ceremonies
  • Represent HR OneTeam in enterprise-wide forums and coordinate relevant cross-team initiatives and interdependencies
  • As needed, offer other ad-hoc consulting or operational support to major chief of staff projects or organizational needs/opportunities

We want you if you are:

  • Intellectually Curious. You ask why, you explore, you're not afraid to blurt out your crazy idea or follow an email chain for weeks to find someone with an answer. Comfortable with ambiguity, a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges.
  • Communicator & Influencer. You can communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience. Our team knows their priorities and why they're doing what they're doing. You can rally associates to work with you.
  • Do-er. You're biased toward action, you try things and sometimes you fail. You can get around roadblocks and stay focused on your goals.
  • Passionate about the Customer. You care about growing others and bringing them together around what's possible. You get a thrill from the journey of building and shipping products, and you have a desire and ability to connect with our customers to fully understand their needs.
  • Team Player. You enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal. You have the ability to put the team before yourself and establish long-lasting relationships.
