Senior Mac/Windows Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer, who is passionate about associate experience, endpoint management and security. The role is part of a team focused on ensuring associates have the right level of access and approved applications on their Windows and Mac devices.

What You'll Do:
- Provide subject matter expertise on endpoint application and policy management including the configuration, integration and deployment of enterprise policies
- Manage 3rd Party Privileged Access Management Solution including interacting with the vendor to help drive feature requests and resolve open issues
- Work with partner teams to test and rollout changes to endpoints
- Provide guidance on endpoint policy and application decisions
- Governance for the enterprise approved product list
- Review and approve elevation requests
- Provide project updates to leadership including tracking milestones and metrics
- Work with Line of Business associates to advise on solutions that reduce endpoint risk
- Support Cyber Security Operations Center Investigations / Inquiry Requests
- Ensure compliance with corporate Governance, Security-Risk and Audit policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support controls testing, audit responses and investigations
- Identify gaps in controls, processes, systems and recommend solutions
- Develop technical documentation, policies, and procedures for endpoint application and policy use and support.
- May be required to participate in on call rotations
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience supporting macOS and Windows operating systems
- At least 2 years of experience supporting endpoint management and security policies (JAMF, InTune, VMWare Workspace One UEM)
- At least 2 year experience in scripting languages (Python, Powershell, Shell or JavaScript)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience in Database languages (SQL)
- Experience implementing and managing endpoint privileged management solution
- Experience managing mixed environments of Mac/PC/Linux
- Experience in managing large scale deployments of tools to endpoints
- Experience in Process Automation, Microsoft Windows Native security tools, Windows PowerShell Scripting or Linux Shell Scripting
- Experience with configuration and incident management
- Managed partner relationships, especially those involving vendors that provide services
