Senior Financial Analyst: Staff & Enterprise Services
We are seeking a driven and analytically curious teammate to join our Staff & Enterprise Services Finance team. Senior Financial Analysts perform core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) duties for their organization, including managing monthly processes & forecasts, perform reporting and analysis to support presentation and ad hoc requests, build reports & presentations for higher level associates and business partners, conduct scenario planning to strategically advise senior leaders, and lead
project work that stretches across the business.

- Passion to learn and continuously develop traditional FP&A skills as well as technical skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver accurate, meaningful, and efficient financial forecasts and management reporting to help our partners deliver on their financial objectives.
- Review and build financial reporting, budget, forecast, and variance analysis.
- Develop presentations to communicate ad-hoc analysis or monthly results for senior leadership audiences.
- Coordinate and collect input data from Financial Analysts in different departments, check data integrity, summarize and convert data, run models, verify, analyze, and communicate output data
- Independently manage ad-hoc requests, special projects, and prioritize workload.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 1 year experience in financial analysis, financial modeling or a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
- Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Certified Treasury Professional or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or CFM
- At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling
- At least 3 years experience in financial services, banking or technology industries
- At least 3 years experience partnering with senior leaders and internal stakeholders
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills or Google Suite equivalents
- SQL and Python skills
