What You'll Do:

  • Lead and provide direction to People Leaders regarding Performance and Talent Experience. Support conversation with respect to talent attraction, development and retention
  • Seek continuous improvements in HR policies and evaluate current processes for increased efficiencies. Reinforces policies and practices - promptly escalates and assists to resolve issues.
  • Works towards enhancing the employee experience on a day-to-day basis by partnering with CoEs
  • Collaborate and lead recruitment activities for the business area assigned. Talent acquisition scope includes defining recruitment processes, overseeing and governance and driving hiring demand and forecast activities.
  • Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Ability to direct and manage end to end ownership of HR practices and solutions. Supports all lifecycle events for the team so that they are flawlessly executed and smoothly delivered.
  • Function as catalyst to help leaders create a diverse and inclusive work environment.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • At least 2 years of prior Industry experience
  • Thought leadership and ability to define HR frameworks/ strategies
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
