Process Manager (Reporting and Insights) "Hybrid"
The IRIS Reporting and Insights Team is responsible for automation, reporting and project tracking across Retail Bank including Access, Incident Tracking & Enablement, Well Managed, Branch, ATM, Vault, Disputes and Back Office. We are looking for an associate to build reports, dashboards, metrics and Google Sheet automation solutions as well as communicate updates with internal customers on new and existing processes and provide internal customer support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- General project management for Recon & Control Team
- Own Jira management for projects impacting Team SAFE
- Own Confluence management of project related content
- Manage intake requests
- Act as liaison between project teams/ LOBs and Team SAFE
- Create and maintain reporting, analytics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Complete testing, validations, requirements for project work as needed
- Own document management and creation (SOPs and Charters)
- Ensure compliance with Script Governance policies and best practices
- Tableau Dashboard development
- Github management for processes and scripts as needed
- Drive results to meet performance expectations

- Track and ensure metrics and goals are met
- Address trending / ongoing performance issues through the appropriate channels and escalate as needed
- Communicate team results to management
- With oversight can collect, analyze and measure process data on the effectiveness of business processes
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
- Self motivated and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail, excellent communication, excellent organizational skills, excellent time management, good technical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SQL, Google App Script and Tableau
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as professionalism in working with internal associates at all levels and our external partners
- Excellent problem solving skills
"Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend about half of your working time in office and half working virtually."
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 years of technical experience using advanced features in Excel or Google Sheets (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Vlookup, H Lookup)
- At least 1 years of experience using Tableau
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
- At least 1 year of G Suite and Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of reconciliation or accounting experience
- 2+ years of experience using a Business Intelligence tool (Tableau, Quick Sights)
- 2+ years of G Suite and Microsoft Office experience
