As a Process Coordinator at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating, enhancing and executing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. The Process Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the broader team in delivering processes that impact the company's bottom line. The role will allow you to contribute immediately while learning best practices of process management.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating individual tasks as part of a broader process initiative
- Collaborating within the team and across teams
- Documenting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to decision makers.
- Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
- Understanding customer's needs of the process and driving process improvements
- Providing centralized oversight of the process and conducting regular process risk assessments

The Person:

Manual review team is responsible for processes and procedures for reviewing customer platforms model results. Manual review team members are expected to execute manual reviews according to documented procedures. These procedures detail the process for reviewing customer records to ensure the models are making appropriate customer decisions. In addition to executing the documented process, manual reviewers are expected to identify any process improvements and bring them to the attention of team leadership. Results of these processes ensure customers records are handled appropriately and customer platform models are functioning correctly.

In addition to normal daily manual reviews of business as usual model decisions, the manual review team member may be asked to complete ad hoc manual reviews of model decisions to support new portfolio of accounts, new models, and customer acquisitions.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year experience in Process Management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Business, Marketing or Project Management
- Project Management, PMI Certification, Process Management Certification
- 2 years of experience in Process management
- 1 year of experience in Project management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $62,500 - $71,300 for Process Coordinator II

Richmond, VA: $56,800 - $64,800 for Process Coordinator II

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
