As a Recruiting Operations Principal Associate, you will oversee a team that supports systems based recruiting processes for our Students and Grads recruiting teams, organize and drive high priority projects, identify and prioritize process improvements within S&G Tech and across the Students and Grads organization. This associate will also build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, learn how to effectively manage cross-functional projects, solve complex problems, and help to scale learnings and solutions for sustainable growth. You will do this by bringing structure to operations initiatives, driving critical work forward, making connections, communicating progress, removing impediments, and ultimately helping promote well managed recruiting operations.

General Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3-4 PC and Associate level operations talent in support of systems based processes for the S&G recruiting organization
  • Deliver high impact strategic and horizontal initiatives for the Students and Grads Recruiting Operations Team
  • Make recommendations for positive impact opportunities to prioritize that will help advance the long term mission and vision of building a sustainable and scalable organization
  • Liaison between critical TASS partners to promote efficiency in workflow
  • Support standardization and simplification of our S&G Recruiting Processes
  • Dive into process problem statements, generate recommendations and accountable next steps
  • Directly own meeting agendas, brainstorm topics and facilitate meetings for assigned projects; along with managing actions, takeaways, and risks from project meetings
  • Look ahead and identify potential obstacles, deadlines or problems that may be coming and actively own and drive solutions/ actions to help mitigate
  • Partner with the S&G Recruiting Ops LT to optimize operational efficiency across all aspects of Student and Grad Tech, eLOB (Enterprise Line of Business) Recruiting teams
  • Oversee and capitalize efficiency usage of our technology stack (Workday, CodeSignal, etc.), work with HR Product partners to automate manual processes
  • Leverage data fluency to promote well managed operations and upscale the development of our associates

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of people leadership experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of process management experience
  • Experience interpreting metrics, trends, and survey data to drive decisions
  • At least 2 years of full life cycle recruitment experience with full lifecycle recruiting
