We are looking for a talented individual to lead our Product Manager Machine Learning (PMML) Program. As a member of the Product College team, the Principal Associate will be responsible for partnering closely with key business partners in Capital One's Product organizations to deliver practical and immersive learning experiences. This role will coordinate the delivery of tiered learning experiences; self-paced and cohort programmatic experiences providing 101-301 experiences to meet Product associates where they are and get them where they need to be in the world of Machine Learning. This role will partner closely with the leaders, instructional designers, Product associates, and other stakeholders to deliver and implement a best-in-class program.

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • Has excellent project management skills; autonomously drive projects and strategy forward using judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Has experience delivering dynamic immersive learning experiences, with a particular focus on cohort learning / program experiences
  • Has experience driving communications with participants and facilitators to keep them engaged and apprised of important details and developments
  • Has a consultative skill set that allows them to partner effectively with a wide range of senior leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Dynamically communicates with a variety of audiences, adapting their style for written and verbal channels depending on content and audience
  • Has an eye for detail and a keen ability to organize, move, select, synthesize, summarize and edit information to make it effective
  • Builds trust-based relationships with clients to foster credibility throughout the team

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program management to the Product College PMML Program, to include development and implementation of annual strategy for PMML program
  • Partner with business leaders, vendors, and learning stakeholders across the organization to manage the program and enhancement requests
  • Partner with the learning design team and SMEs on continuous improvement of the curriculum
  • Create awareness of the program through marketing efforts within the product community, as well as enrolling participants and maintaining a well-managed backlog of waitlisted participants
  • Manage all program communications (both formal and informal) to engage participants, instructors, managers, mentors and presenters as needed using Slack and email
  • Focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable and high performing solutions
  • Work on individual and team projects, own and solve problems and partner to design and implement new processes
  • Utilize a data centered approach to influence decision making by gathering learner feedback throughout the program, synthesizing that data to measure impact, find themes, set goals, and improve outcomes of future cohorts
  • Act as a host and producer for learners during live learning sessions and office hours. Manage all logistics including partnering with SMEs to ensure their preparedness, setting up Zoom recordings, archiving course materials, and monitoring participation

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in learning and development
  • At least 1 year of experience in Program or Project Management, or a combination
  • At least 1 year of consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development
  • 2+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
  • 2+ years of experience of consulting experience
  • Process or Project Management Certification
