Summary of Responsibilities:
Serve as relationship manager for DIB Enterprise Partners, leading activations and engagements across a vast portfolio. Cultivate awareness of DIB Enterprise Partners throughout the organization, and help to embed DIB best practices through partner research, benchmarking, webinars and events.
- Contribute immediately while strengthening well managed best practices
- Partner on development and action on both strategic and tactical work
- Maintain a well-managed and risk-ready program through monitoring and feedback
- Manage on-site activations, conference engagements and associate experience through partner opportunities
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences
- Leverage creative problem solving skills and strong critical thinking
- Adapt to change quickly
- Drive solution (product or process) adoption by creating, managing, delivering and implementing on a subset of the program deliverables to be identified by the manager. For example: communications templates, project action plans, deck creation, communications, etc.
- Conduct annual partnership evaluation to identify strengths, opportunities, and provide recommendations for each partnership year over year
- Facilitate extended learning opportunities for associates to receive direct insights through our partnerships

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of relationship management experience or at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a combination of both
- At least 3 years of experience in Powerpoint and Excel or Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience working in relationship management or at least 4 years of working in employee engagement or a combination of both
- At least 4 years of experience in diversity, inclusion and belonging, consulting, or HR or a combination of these
- At least 2 years of experience in communications
- 4+ years of experience in Powerpoint and Excel or Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)
- Experience interpreting metrics and trends
- Passion for diversity and inclusion
