Principal Associate, Compensation
We are excited to announce an opening for a Principle Associate to join our Compensation Administration team! We are a team of Total Rewards leaders who enable game-changing business results by bringing a data-driven approach to compensation that is designed to unleash greatness in our associates.
Our team is responsible for designing, testing, and executing the Mid-year and Year-end focal cycles as well as supporting our business partners and associates with their compensation related requests and inquiries. We are looking for a team member who can help us deliver timely results, improve existing processes, and provide superb customer service to ensure that we are operationally efficient and meeting the needs of our customers.

In this role you will:
- Support the delivery of our semi-annual compensation focal cycles
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs
- Work with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Use analytical skills to improve stakeholder experience, shape business intent, and inform prioritization of compensation delivery work
- Utilize Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) to conduct root cause analysis of key data issues and problem solve by partnering with Product and Tech teams
- Build checks and conduct data validations of datasets and processes to ensure high level of accuracy
- Support the development of plans, educational materials, and communications designed to provide associates, managers, compensation consultants, and HR partners with timely and accurate information regarding the focal cycles
- Continuously update controls, test controls and support testing of systems to keep our processes well managed
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to other groups
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years experience in Compensation, Finance, Analytics, Human Resources or a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of professional data analysis work experience
- 1+ year of experience in an Agile Environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
- CCP - Certified Compensation Professional
- Process Engineering experience especially with continuous improvement, automation, and optimization
- Experience working on projects using an Agile framework
- Experience using Jira
- Experience working with Workday or Workday Advanced Compensation module
- Knowledge of or experience using SQL
- Demonstrated ability to automate manual processes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness in constantly changing environment
- Ability to apply integrative thinking in complex situations, identify issues and propose solutions
