As a Manager of Project Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. As a Manager on Capital One's Financial Oversight, Reporting, & Controls Execution team, you will be part of a team supporting and/or overseeing Retail Bank's Real Estate Operations and Capital Investment financial controls and governance. Our team's mission is to Inform, Influence and Enable Decisions through Financial Analytics & Transparency. In this exciting role, your skills and attention to detail are needed to support the financial management of third-party vendors supporting Capital One's Retail Real Estate Portfolio.

General Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects and programs, providing strategic direction to teams and partners.
  • Develop, monitor, and present financial forecasts and budgets for Retail Bank's Facility Management and Capital Plan.
  • Implement and improve financial controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy and vendor compliance.
  • Negotiate and track Third-Party Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage vendor relationships, serving as the primary contact for finance, utility management, payroll, etc.
  • Use problem-solving and influencing skills to mitigate risk and align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
  • Execute the team's mission to inform, influence, and support decision-making through financial analytics and transparency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 4 Years of Project Management
  • At least 2 years experience in financial analysis
  • At least 2 years of Vendor Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years experience in financial analysis
  • 3+ years of vendor management experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Work experience achieving results with complex projects

This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdayare in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
