We are looking for a Product Manager who will chart the path to Capital One's future and profoundly impact our business by building a platform that is accurate, scalable, and flexible to support the businesses we're in today and the future products we haven't even imagined yet. They will have a keen eye for understanding the customer problem and collaborating with technology and business domain experts to design a sustainable solution while ensuring stakeholders are engaged and informed every step of the way.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• MBA or Master's degree
• 2+ years of experience in Agile product management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $163,300 - $186,400 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
