Manager, Product Management - Mainstreet Customer Management

Mainstreet Customer Management (MSCM) is leading the way for US Card when it comes to ML-driven marketing, and we are seeking a Product Manager to continue pushing that agenda forward for MSCM while exporting it to other parts of Card. In this role, you will drive enhancements across ML, experimentation, data, and messaging platforms through a combination of influence/customership and direct contribution via your tech team.
You will work with Marketers and BAs to leverage the tools that your tech team and partners are building. This marketing will help connect millions of Mainstreet customers with offers to grow their access to credit and rewards, deepening their engagement with Capital One while also driving some of the most important revenue sources in the company. Mainstreet Customer Management is part of the Segments Product team, which has excellent opportunities for networking, career development, and internal rotation. Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Agile product management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
New York City (Hybrid On-site):
$163,300 - $186,400 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
